One of the very first U.S. aircraft carriers, the USS Lexington (CV-2) played a fascinating role in history.
Today, I’m visiting the Our American Stories podcast to share a bit about it.
Here’s the link if you’d like to stop by and check it out! If you head over, let me know what you think of this unique story.

This is such fascinating history!

If you ever get the opportunity to visit the U.S. Naval Aviation Museum at Pensacola, you must do it. They have wonderful models of Lexington (CV-2) in its developmental stages and actual aircraft that were flown by several notable naval aviators.
